Grand Champions
The first Grand Champions appeared somewhere around 1989. The earliest models were very simple, with no fancy markings, accessories or bio cards. They didn't have the classis "GC" logo on their hindquarters. There were six basic stallions all in the same walking pose. A blue brush and plastic foodbin were the only accessories included. You could cut out the fence on the package and put it into a slot on the foodbin. These stallions were made from a single color of plastic with just basic markings. Today these toy horses are famous for their beauty - they are what their name says - Grand Champions. They come in many different scales of sizes. Each new Grand Champion horse comes with a bio card which states the horse's name, breed, sire name, dame name and other information on the horse.
